My Passions
Beyond the digital canvas, I am a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, a fitness boxing enthusiast, a supporter and artistic eye behind @alex_marso, a special events curator, and an explorer at heart who finds inspiration in people, stories, and cultures.
Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner
I began my Thai Yoga Massage (TYM) journey in 2021 with the intention of learning a skill that could bring kindness to my own body and soul. My healing from emotional trauma led me to TYM, and I’ve fallen in love with the positive impact it has had on my life. Sharing this practice has become my mission — to bring more love and kindness to those around me.
Visit my Thai Yoga Massage page to discover how this practice can help you ease stress and restore balance to your body and mind.
Fitness Boxing Workout Enthusiast
Fitness boxing workouts have become my favorite way to reconnect with my body and mind. I train three times a week, and every session leaves me feeling lighter, stronger, and more alive. The energy at Boxxing Studio in downtown Montreal — from the incredible coaches to the top-tire facility — makes every punch and every round inspiring. If you’ve ever been curious to try it, come join me for a session as my guest!
Artistic Supporter for @alex_marso
Alex Marsolais is a Montreal-based writer, content creator, collaborator, teacher, and dreamer. He has written over 450 articles for Mitsou Magazine and continuously creates engaging content on Instagram to help promote local businesses.
I help shape the artistic direction of his photos, videos, and content ideas, and sometimes even appear in his work.
Special Events Curator
Bringing people together around shared passions has always been one of my greatest joys. I love creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and part of something meaningful.
I used to manage an event space called Kai Loft, where I hosted over 400 yoga classes, 12 wellness events, 10 business networking gatherings, and 7 art vernissages — along with special celebrations like client anniversaries and product launches. Between 2012 and 2016, I also served as a young artist advisor for the YES Art Conference and co-organized more than 10 Social Media Breakfast sessions featuring inspiring guest speakers.
Lover of Life
I’ve always been passionate about exploring the world — its food, culture, and history. Every journey reminds me of how diverse and beautiful our planet is, and I’m constantly in awe of Mother Nature and the stories that connect us as humans. Yoga has become another path of exploration for me, both inward and outward. I especially love practicing with Roots to Wings Yoga from Sacramento, California — their international retreats have been truly life-changing, deepening my connection to myself and the world around me.
